Fig Garden Executive Suites is located on W. Shaw Avenue, a major east/west corridor in North Fresno, two blocks west of Fig Garden Village (lots of restaurants, nice shopping, etc.) with straight-line access to Highway 41 (1.25 miles) and Highway 99 (4.5 miles).

The building has a security system, is available 24/7 and has a “casual professional” atmosphere with suites ranging from 110 to 215 s.f. I am a retired CPA, own a reverse mortgage company and occupy one of the suites. Current and previous tenants include CPA’s, engineers, attorneys, tax preparers, real estate and insurance brokers, small business owners and branch offices of larger, out of town businesses.

On-site parking is available directly in front or at the rear of the building. All suites have high ceilings with skylights. Exterior suites have large ground level windows to maximize natural light. Conference room, virtual offices and short term rental suites are available.
