A minimum 3-month lease is required, then payments are made month to month. The first and last month’s rent is due at move in. The following is included at no additional charge:

• 24/7 access.
• Furniture and telephones.
• Local and long distance calls and fax (Continental USA).
• 24/7 voice mail access.
• Local area phone number.
• Comcast high speed Internet (hard wire and Wi-Fi).
• Use of self-service fax and copy machines. No charge for faxes and up to 100 copies per month (excess copies charged at $.07/each).
• Conference Room or additional private office – up to 10 hours/month may be reserved (additional hours may be requested in advance).
• Kitchen privileges.
• Daily mail and UPS/FedEx package distribution. (overnight carrier and mail drop boxes ½ block away).
